摘要

This conceptual analysis examines causal specificity in chronic pulmonary immune-dysregulation research, using antibiofilm strategies, immunomodulation, disease context as the key comparison axes. This literature-based conceptual analysis does not report a new experiment. The starting source uses a review of biofilm interactions with innate and adaptive responses, including pattern recognition, extracellular traps, macrophage polarization, and T-cell differentiation. A therapeutic idea needs a specified target, intervention, context, and intended outcome. Broadly changing immunity may affect several pathways and create competing benefits and harms. State what is manipulated and what off-target changes are possible. Treat proposed combined strategies as hypotheses until comparative intervention evidence is available. The proposed comparison concerns antibiofilm strategies, immunomodulation, disease context; it would test whether the specific failure scenario is detected without erasing legitimate uncertainty. Implications are restricted to the evidence roles relevant to chronic pulmonary immune-dysregulation research, leaving broader efficacy and deployment claims unresolved.
