Cooler Diagnosis from Released Hydraulic Test Cycles
Abstract
The question concerns diagnostic cooler condition association in released test-rig cycles. The secondary ordinary least squares analysis contains 2,205 observations and uses cluster covariance. The coefficient on TS1_mean is 0.0559, with a 95 percent interval from 0.0381 to 0.0737. Temperature and vibration are measured during known test cycles, making the projection diagnostic rather than a validated pre-cycle maintenance rule. Configuration clustering preserves repeated component combinations. Multiple-constraint feasibility offers a later admissibility task, but would need independently evaluated actions and their joint outcomes. The current cooler label describes the released rig condition. The estimates describe the released collection and its conditioning set. No new data collection, simulator experiment, or deployment-policy evaluation is claimed.
