Abstract

Correlated beliefs can support charging design across contexts or fidelity levels, but borrowing and cheap-model discrepancy are different uncertainties. Evaluation should directly check configurations whose preference changes under those assumptions. It counts expensive verification alongside broad inexpensive coverage. Posterior precision is conditional on the modeled relationship rather than a substitute for service-model evidence. This focused synthesis develops an empirical comparison that preserves the terminal action, observation process, and total verification cost. Its proposed tests are prospective; no new simulation run, model-training result, or intervention effect is reported.
