Spleen-to-Tumor Narratives with Explicit Missing Links
Abstract
This conceptual analysis examines causal chain in immune-state and tumor evidence synthesis, using granulopoiesis, neutrophil migration, resistance as the key comparison axes. A bounded review of the literature is used to formulate, rather than claim to complete, an evaluation. The starting source uses a conceptual review proposing immunometabolic set points across immune and tissue compartments. A proposed causal chain may be supported at its endpoints while remaining untested in the middle. Spatial movement, temporal ordering, and state changes create additional obligations. Separate established and hypothetical arrows. Test mediation or transfer only under stated assumptions and avoid substituting another correlated marker for a missing link. The proposed comparison concerns granulopoiesis, neutrophil migration, resistance; it would test whether the specific failure scenario is detected without erasing legitimate uncertainty. Implications are restricted to the evidence roles relevant to immune-state and tumor evidence synthesis, leaving broader efficacy and deployment claims unresolved.
