Abstract

Constrained best-arm sampling and joint feasibility can allocate observations for different purposes. Evaluation should record whether a batch refines objective competitiveness or resolves a limiting requirement. Joint outputs and independent final checks defend the action. A posterior preference for a high objective does not make the admissibility uncertainty disappear. This focused synthesis develops an empirical comparison that preserves the terminal action, observation process, and total verification cost. Its proposed tests are prospective; no new simulation run, model-training result, or intervention effect is reported.
