Abstract

The question concerns nO2 association with NOx and weather. The secondary ordinary least squares analysis contains 7,393 observations and uses cluster covariance. The coefficient on NOx_GT is 0.1716, with a 95 percent interval from 0.1593 to 0.1838. The NO2-NOx comparison conditions on the released weather and clock rather than identifying an emissions intervention. Input uncertainty motivates asking whether this relationship persists under another environment. A worst-case decision needs a defended uncertainty description beyond these records. More repeated estimation on the same complete cases cannot create the missing input-population evidence. The estimates describe the released collection and its conditioning set. No new data collection, simulator experiment, or deployment-policy evaluation is claimed.
